  • almost any kind of pasta dishes, soups/stews, casseroles... i'll freeze almost anything!

  • I always make extra spaghetti sauce and freeze it for when I don't feel like making anything. You just have to thaw it and boil noodles. My mom does stuffed peppers, chili, meatloaf, and pie a lot.

  • chili, beef stew, lasagna, meatloaf, pot pies, there's probably more I just can't think of them right now lol.

  • Roll up a whole bunch of lumpia or egg rolls. They freeze great. Freeze the leftover filling and serve it over rice. It's really not hard to make, google "lumpia recipe" and there's a pretty decent one on I make them all the time. Even my picky 2 year old eats them.
