  • I swaddled my newest (she's 6 months now) till she was about 5 months old because she liked it. I stopped when she was ready to.

  • We never could swaddle. They absolutely HATED it.

They slept fine as babies, sleeping through the night before 3 months. but they slept on their tummies. (3 hour stretches first night home from the hospital)

  • my son (now 8 months) just runs warm and sweats a lot, so i stopped at a couple months old. although we had a bad ice storm in january and were out of power for 2 weeks, so then i swaddled and put in bed with me. but once heat was back, i stopped again.

  • My only baby that really enjoyed being swaddled was my first, and we stopped at around 3 months because he would wiggle out of it. The other three I stopped swaddling at around 2-3 weeks. They all slept fine - sleeping at least 8 hours a night by 3 months.
