  • freak accidents happen all the time, i still ride them eventhough theres a possibility something could go wrong, if you always live in fear of the what ifs you'll NEVER enjoy life to the fullest.

  • Hell yes, I love roller coasters!
And the people were trapped for two hours, upright, on the lift part. They weren't upside down or anything.

  • Uh yea of course I would. People die on the highways and roads EVERY day and yet I still put them in the car with me

  • Yes.
Lets see I still let my kids swim even though people drown every year, I let them in the car even though people die in car accidents, I feed them even though people die of food poisoning, you can't wrap your kids in bubble wrap.

  • Do you stop letting your kids in a car because there are car accidents every day?

You need to choose whether or not to live you life in fear...

  • Sure. I've heard of worse things. Some girl had her feet chopped off on one of those drop rides (where it goes up and then drops down) at a Six Flags years ago. I would still go on and would let my kids if they were big enough.
