Is there a safe one?

Is there such thing as a safe diet pill? Not a magic pill you take and lose weight with no effort, I mean something that really does speed up metobolisim and curve your appetite while dieting and exercising the right way?

  • Yes... But it's not slimquick! That one is just junk! You are better to look in to a weightloss vitamin! Look in to something that will help to FEED your body the things it needs instead of something that will take away from it. Our motabolisms work better when our bodies have what they need...

    BTW, liquid vitamins are best...
