Advice for flying with a 5 mos. old.

We will take my daughter on her first plane trip tomorrow. It's only 1.5 hrs. What should we be sure to take on the plane? Anything I"m not thinking of besides the normal diaper bag stuff?

  • Your normal diaper bag will cover you fine.

Make sure to either nurse or give a pacifier on takeoff...the sucking will help her ears.

  • We are flying with my DD who is 5 months this Friday. I just read up on traveling with an infant from the airlines website and that was really helpful especially with what items we can bring and check for free (stroller and carseat) and what to expect at the security checkpoint. It was really helpful! Good luck and have fun!
