Balanced breakfast?

My DS is a huge breakfast eater but hardly touches lunch. Dinner is kinda hit and miss. So what are good breakfasts that include a lot of the nutrition needed for the day?

  • My daughter is a big breakfast eater too! She either have cereal (hot or cold), waffles, a scrambled egg and toast, and she'll always eat a banana or a handful of blueberries with it, plus a glass of milk or orange juice.
