  • I workout daily, but a different workout each day - strength training one and carido the next.

  • three. ten minutes of cardio with two intervals of two minutes of brisk activity, within which I do twenty seconds of all out, then a full body weights routine.

    I'm down to 147/ 35% body fat from 162/42% body fat since I joined the gym in mid May.

    Unfortunately, I know that I must workout everyday. Otherwise, I am less likely to stick to a regimen.
