How much would they get for this house? (Guess!)

My father's family is selling the house they owned for 30+ years!
It has 3bdrms and one bath up stairs and a studio and 1 bath down stairs. It has a big backyard with a little pond.
It also has a built in BBQ pit.
Two car garage.
Location San francisco CA Very nice area! Close to movies, starbucks, schools, and stores lol!

Now the children have to split that money! There is 10 kids lol!!
The reason for selling it is so most who still lived there would get out and do there own thing!

  • Wow....I know things are more expensive in San Fransico....but I am in KY, about 15 miles south of Cincinnati, OH. We have a 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 baths, family room, dining room, 2 car garage, 1 acre lot, in a subdivsion. The house is about 15 years old. Right now it is worth about $120 thousand.

I'd have to guess about $300 thousand....but really I have no idea!

  • Is it an actual San Fran street address or just outside? That makes a huge difference.

  • Right outside like a few streets lol so It would be Daly City.
