  • Hmm. I guess I would have to say The Passion of the Christ, because it is so lifechanging (you can't walk away the same).

But I also really love Luther, The Last Sin Eater, The Nativity Story, China Cry, Fireproof, and of course the Jesus movie that they play on TBN at Easter : )

The one I didn't like was "A Night With the King" about Esther. Because I don't think King Xerxes looked that much like a male stripper/glam rocker, and I don't like how it made it a romantic story. The man was not looking for a loving relationship. A year after he married Esther he sent out another order to bring in more virgins. I don't know how any man in Persia could find a descent wife after that.

  • I didn't care for fireproof. The passion had a profound impact on me, it literally left me speechless. For me that is big.

  • The Passion

Answer by LibbyLife at 8:25 AM on Aug. 12, 2009

  • The Passion was one of the most intense movie experiences I have EVER had- I sobbed, I wept and I couldn't sleep the night of- I am a visual person so seeing things played out that way, I literally did not sleep. I can watch it every year and feel the same way- it's moving to say the least.

Also, The Lord of The Rings Trilogy! Awesome!
