  • oo oo i have a real quick and simple way that makes them taste pretty good actually. Just stick them on a cookie/baking sheet turn the oven on to like 350. Drizzle some olive oil over them salt and pepper them and just let them bake in the oven until they are a nice golden color. They taste soo good. Everyone in my family likes them like that.

  • 1 ½ lbs. Brussels sprouts (or other veggies: yams, potatoes, parsnips, squash, etc.)
    3 T. good olive oil
    ¾ t. sea salt
½ t. freshly ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Cut off the ends of the Brussels sprouts and pull off any yellow outer leaves. Mix them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Turn them out on a baking sheet and roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until crisp outside and tender inside. Shake the pan from time to time, to brown the Brussels sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more salt and serve.
