  • Yea go ahead and sleep on your stomache until its uncomfortable for you! I did! Now I can barely put any pressure on my belly when its time to sleep. Like someone else said when it gets to the point that you can't anymore lay on your side but prop your up a little and its like your half on your belly and half on your side. I sometimes even put a pillow between my legs. I have to do these things cause I am a belly sleeper. So I had to get used to be on my side. Good luck!

  • I stopped as soon as i found out.. They say sleeping on your left side helps blood flow to your uterus so I started practicing early, although now(at 16 weeks) I wake up on my right side all the time lol..
