Ive only been down here in jacksonville for about 3 months.. ive been wanting to get into a dr for myself and my son. we still never got our tricare ins. cards, and hubby is gone alot so i have no idea how to make appointments or anything..i dont even know where to go.. help ladies!!

  • call your nearest military base family support or nearest military base hospital!!! Hope it's just for well checkups and no one's sick mommy!!

  • Tricare Ins cards? Ours have always been our Military ID cards. Do you have those? What Tricare are you using? Prime or Standard?
    I agree with who told you to go to Tricare's website, find your region, and call them. They should be able to give you directions.

  • you need to go to the tricare building on base its behind the bowling ally they will be able to tell you if your standard or prime then get it changed to prime and they will give you the number to make apts all the apts are on base at the hospital your id card is your insurance card the only time you get a ins card is for dental and you have to pay extra for that your card wont say you have insurance thats just a given
