Why is there always at least 1 Male Coworker that thinks it's cool to give unwanted shoulder rubs?!?!

No matter how many times you tell them no, they still go for it. It's distracting, rude and unprofessional!! You don't see them doing it to the guys in the office, do you?! grr.

  • Get some attitude with the guy! That's your bubble and he's popping it. Tell him you can report him if he doesn't start listening to you.

  • Grrr that can come very close to sexual harassment. I would tell him so the next time he tries, and if he continues, mention it to the boss! I'm sure your boss would appreciate hearing it, especially in light of the fact if he does it to the wrong person they could end up being sued without any warning. One 'no thanks' should be enough for anyone to get the picture!

  • Um yes actually it is sexual harassment, unwanted touching, and repeatedly telling him no means he is harassing you. Tell him to stop or u will write a report. I know u probably want to give him warning before you actually do write a report so tell him straight up its bugging, you to stop it and if it happens again then you will report it

  • This is called sexual harrassment. If you have an HR department, go; otherwise speak with your supervisor. If the harrassment continues. contact the EEOC
