  • Eat plenty of foods rich in fiber: high fiber cereals, fresh veggies and fruit with skin. Drink plenty of water and get exercise.

  • You don't need activia, fiber, water, excercise and enough sleep at night. People don't realize how much sleep deprivation affects our health.
