  • homemade playdough is fun- they can help make it and then make stuff. Keeps my baby occupied for ever. Make bag puppets out of old lunch bags- you can use stickers or markers or whatever.

  • Flour & water "paste", put on cardboard (diapers box cut up) and add pasta, cereal, beans, sprinkles, whatever floats your boat. LOL! has lots of character type crafts with things you can print, like puzzles, dominoes, coloring pages, as well as template for more advanced crafts, like making hats or laundry bags out of t-shirts.

  • String cheerios or fruit loops on yarn for a "necklace" - good fine motor practice as well as fun to make.
