Do you know anything about Cushing's Disease or Chronic Pancreatitis?

Doctor wants to run some tests to rule these out. Do you have any experience with either of these? I have looked them up and understand the diseases, but want to hear personal opinions/experiences. Thanks.

  • Cushing's is very rare, and can be very hard to diagnose. If you are at the point where Cushing's is being considered I assume many other diagnoses have been ruled out. Also, with Cushing's sometimes lung and adrenal tumors are present or can cause Cushing's symptoms.
Chronic Pancreatitis is a horrible condition, the patient will need a very well trained specialist for treatment if this is the ultimate finding.
