8 cups of left over shredded turkey. What can I do with it?

  • It would make a wonderful barbecue sandwich. I'd combine it with barbecue sauce. Maybe save half for soup or pot pie.

  • if you have biscuits some flour and mixed veggies you can make pot pie or you can make a soup or use it in pasta.

  • Make pot pie; add it to spaghetti sauce; toss it with shredded romaine, some shredded parm and caesar dressing & use it in wraps; make soup; mix a large block of cream cheese with some cranberry sauce; spread it on a tortilla/wrap & top with turkey, stuffing or mashed potatoes & gravy & wrap up.

  • 1.tacos, soft or fried.with some sour cream, lettuce. cut up onions, 2.tomatoes and some green pepper and brown it al together 3. sandwiches.

  • Make turkey and rice casserole. Anything you would normally make with chicken would work with turkey. Pot Pies or tacos also sound good!
