heartburn issues...

I am on a 24 hour iron pill that I'm not allowed to take with antacids. So What are some other things I can take to help me sleep at night!!! I'm 35 weeks so I'm almost done but this is killing me!!!

  • glass of milk. Prop your head up when you sleep. (sleep in a recliner if you need to) Dont eat 2 hours before bed. eat and drink slowly. if you do a search for it on google you can find more home remedies. Good luck!!

  • I'm on Zantac and it isn't really helping. Everyone tells me to sleep elevated, drink milk, and the like. You should also remember to stay away from tomato based foods as they are more likely to cause heartburn and for me greasy things before bed also cause heartburn. Hang in there!
