how can you tell the difference between a pregnancy cramp and a menstrual cramp?

  • for me, i just had very mild cramps my first trimester. like menstral, just not as bad. if its not what is normal for you, then thats your answer

  • Because with one you get a postive pregnancy test and the other you don't. Come on.

  • no true i got cramps and i was pregnant just because it didn't happen for you doesn't mean it can't happen to someone else
