What are some power foods that I can eat to help me poop? I am starting to have problems.

  • my doctor told me to take colace when i was constipated and pregnant and they worked! you should ask your dr.

  • Watermelon, blueberries, cherries


    I had the same problem when I was prego I ate half of watermelon and I was relieved

  • I had BAD constipation problems. At the recommendation of my OB, I took a stool softener (colace) every other day until the end of my pregnancy. Never had any other problems.

  • You can try prunes and grape juice.. also anything with a lot of fiber will help the process along (especially a breakfast food like a cereal that is high in fiber). Good luck!

  • Triscuits, raisins, dried apricots, nuts if you don't have allergy issues. Lots of water. And also getting up and walking around, especially if you have a desk job or are more sedentary.
