does anyone know a good diet .

I work the grave yard shift ( 10:00pm to 7:00am ) I need a diet plan that can work for me. A diet menu?

  • ya ,,know i swear by South beach.....do phase 1 for 2 weeks ,,,,,or 3........drop 15......then mantain,,,,,,no,,fats,,,butter,,,,whole milk,,sugar..only wheat carbs,,,,,allow yourself once a week for a sweet and WW makes froxen deserts thta r great.....just get through the 3 weeks,,,,its hard and u have to plan,,,,,,,cheeses,,salads,,,,,,,tuna on abed of lettuce,,,,,,soups,,,,,,,,w. no carbs,,i have a good recipe if u want ,,chicken parm no breadcrumbs,,u cna do it if you put your mind to it

  • Exercise, eat nutritious foods, limit portion sizes, and give yourself rewards. If your reward is a square of a hershey bar at the end of the day if you stuck to everything else, do it. If your reward is a new purse after you lose a certain amount of weight, do it. Find an exercise that you enjoy. You don't have to stick with running if you hate it.
