lose my belly fat by jan

my boyfriend is coming back from iraq in jan*hes in the army* and i want to lose my belly fat by then..

what are some good diets,pills,exersices to help?

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Eat at least 2 servings of legumes a day

  • you cannot do spot reducing. You have to lose it all over the same way the fat was originally distributed; however, I learned a long time ago that you can "body sculpt" and redistribute when I was watching a Callenetics exercise tape. So while you are changing your eating habits and working out in general (I do weight training and use resistance bands along with walking and riding a recumbent bike) you can be doing exercises that may define your waist more (making belly fat to not be so obvious). I'm sure there are other tapes that might do the same but I like the old Callenetics tapes.

  • Subscribe to "Shape" magazine...they have a lot of good ideas and excercises to follow that help you get in shape, and burn unwanted fat.
