Why do more people answer anon questions than non-anon questions?

  • I am the one who asks the anon questions because everytime I make it non-anon, no one answers and I feel stupid.

  • I dont look to see whose asking, I just answer. If youre asking why do people answer questions anon more than using their screenname its because people are generally chicken and dont like confrontation. Also I think its a way for family members to ask questions and talk badly about each other and not have to reveal themselves. They dont do a very good job.

  • i don't care about who wrote the question. I only answer them if they're relavant to me and things I know about. I do answer anon a lot, but i don't care who the question comes from.

  • My guess would be that the anon questions are juicier than the non anon questions. Or at least they inspire more debate.
