Does your 11-12 month old throw their toys and then chase them and throw them again?

My son does this a lot. He loves chasing them, slamming them together, then throws them and chases again all around the room.

Just wondering if it was normal? I'm having a fear of autism again.....I read new things all the time and just start worrying..

  • No, its normal. That's how babies learn by making noise with them, cause and effect by throwing them, then going to get them. Or dropping something, having you pick it up for them, then dropping it again.
