What does WIC give after the baby turns 1?

I think they might leave him on formula for a while because he is so small (we have formula checks through Sept. even though he is 1 next week). Will we get like cheese and cereal and frozen juice concentrate? What else?

The formula is Good Start 2, for 9 - 24 months, do you think they will leave him on it? He is only 17 pounds and skinny.

  • WIC will only leave him on formula if the childs doctor gives you a note stating that formula will be medically necessary after age 1.

    We get:
Frozen juice, peanut butter, cereal, milk, eggs, and cheese.
