  • Around 6-7 months. We started with baby foods jars of single foods to make sure he wasn't allergic to various foods, then gave him what we were eating shortly after.

  • started stage 1 baby foods around 6 months, stage 2 around 8 months and stage 3 around 9 months and after about 2 weeks of that he was mostly eating what we were eating.

  • We started the equivalent of stage 1 foods a little after 6 months. When we went on vacation when he was 9 months, he decided he no longer wanted to eat purees, so I've been giving him pieces of whatever we're eating that can be mashed up (he has no teeth, yet).
