Bought pork slices but don't know what to do with them??

I saw a pack of pork slices that looked good but now I don't know what to do with them. You are suppose to heat them up. Would you make a sandwich or do you have any other suggestions?

  • Uncooked? Dip in milk and egg then dredge in breadcrumbs. Cook in butter or use the spray. Yummy and they don't take any time at all.

  • Fry the pork slices in a pan. After they are done, add a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer till done.

  • Dice them, then dice potatoes to around the same size, add diced onions, diced bacon and fry it all up. I add diced bell peppers, green chilies, and corn to mine sometimes as well. Makes a really good, quick dish, and the kids love it, especially with cheese on top. Hubby hates ham, though, so it's a dish we only make when he's gone.
It's also good if you cook it up (or heat it, if its cooked through already) and dice or slice it up and put it in a salad.
You can always do the old ham and eggs, too.
