my 17 month old is climbing out of his crib

is it time to convert it to a toddler bed or should i just keep putting him back in bed and telling him its naptime? he hasnt fallen or anything but im kinda scared he might?

  • You can move him to a toddler bed now. If you are afraid he will wake up in the middle of the night you can put a baby gate up in his doorway that way he can not roam the house but his door is not closed. We moved our oldest to a toddler bed when he was 18 months and he has done great. He loves it.
