  • My DD is 14 months old and is still cruising. She can stand on her own but once she realizes it she sits down. But I am sure she will get there soon!

  • jenree---both of your kids didn't walk until 2?

Frogbaby-my daughter is 13 months and she will stand up alone. She stands there and you see her leaning forward and then backward, using her feet to compensate for the balance change . .. but has yet to take an independent step. I will sit 2 feet away and say Come here . . . . she falls back to her butt and then crawls over................Life will be insane once she is walking!

  • My son cruised for about 3 weeks before he figured out he could take a couple steps on his own. After he took those couple steps he was walking within a week. He started walking at 10 mo

  • My son cruised for what seemed like a minute, but it was really about 2 weeks when he finally took a step away from the couch. He started walking at 10 1/2 mos
