  • Knowledge is Power!! A Preparation for Childbirth Class will go a long way towards helping alleviate your panic, as will a Newborn Care class and a Breastfeeding class.
If you can get to a library, pick up a copy of No More Panic by Claire (Clare?) Weeks.
    Enjoy your little one!

  • hunny i know what u mean and what u are saying this is my third, i have had a severe panic attack disorder since i was in 5th grade, i have been on every med out there for it and while im pregnant i usually am pretty good about them ya know? there are times i totally freak out but its not as bad as when im not pregnant-weird. when it comes to labor and delievery time, id let ur ob know about it because if u were to toally freak out or something they would know what was going on and not think omg theres something else wrong..hope that makes sense. you are almost thre hunny, i know how much it sucks to think about it hitting you while ur having the baby but out of the 2 delieverys i have had i never panicked or nything, and im 39 weeks right now and aint worried about it happening. have a great friend or supporter in ur room with you too it does help also. best luck. if u ever want to talk pm me k.
