A question for conservatives

Should we just sit back and let them hang themselves? The more they attack us instead of addressing the issues we bring up the less credible they make themselves look. So why waste so much of our own energy?

  • Because it isn't a waste of energy to bring the issues up, right? If we didn't constantly question them, they would have no reason to attack and lose credibility. =^)

  • Conservatives are doing no more and no less than other groups have been doing for years. Vietnam protests, Iraq protests, questioning our government and it's policies are all the responsibilities of informed American citizens. The difference here is how the administration is responding to those who "dissent" from their policies. Remember Hillary Clinton - "Dissent IS patriotic?" Now suddenly dissent is "unpatriotic", "racist", "tin foil heads", "misinformed", "Nazi/brown shirts", and "Tim McVeigh" thinking.
