baking/flavoring extracts?

i am feeling creative today and i wanted to know what other kinds of baking extacts do they make. can you buy lemon, lime, mint or other extracts? the nearest chain of grocery stores is the wal mart and they don't really have fancy baking stuff, where could i find more specialty items?

  • They do sell lemon, mint and many other extracts. Right now I have almond, raspberry and cinnamon on hand in addition to vanilla. It makes a nice change from vanilla in many baked goods. They usually carry them in grocery stores in the baking supplies aisle.
