Why does birth control have to be SOOOO difficult?!?!

I have been on three types, one which I liked but my insurance decided to only cover the generic which doesnt work!!!

  • I've never used any type of artificial birth control. The only thing I've used is NFP, which is completely free (except for the book and thermometer - one time purchases) and free of side-effects. We've been using it for nearly 11 years now, successfully achieved three children, and successfully avoided all other times. My youngest is now four. And thanks to NFP I found out I have PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) which my OBGYN says I technically don't have but will have in a couple years. I just found out early because of my charting.
