  • Taco stuff pasta shells, omg so good!

Cook large pasta shells and set aside, brown 1 lb ground beef, drain, return to heat, mix in about 6oz cream cheese and a Tbsp or so of chili powder, stir until melted. Fill shells with beef mixture and put in a buttered baking dish, top each shell with taco sauce, bake covered for 30 mins, remove cover and sprinkle each shell with cheese and crushed tortilla chips, return to oven until cheese melts. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onion. I'm drooling.

  • Brown and simmer first 5 ingredients for 10 to 15 minutes and spread in a 9x13 greased pan. Top mixture with cheeses. Unroll creascent rolls and separate them. Spread 16 rolls with sour cream and roll them up in to crescents again and put on top of cheese. Make 2 rows with 8 crescents in each row. Pan will be covered with rolls. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Freezes well. Bake longer if ice cold.

I haven't had a person who didn't like this recipe...It's sooo good! Fattening, but good:)

  • Easy Hamburger Casserole

1 lb extra lean ground beef (or brown ground beef or turkey and drain fat)
    1 small chopped onion
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cheese soup
    1 (16oz) pkg tater tots

Heat oven to 375°. Mix beef, onion, salt, and pepper in ungreased 2 qt casserole. Arrange vegetables on meat. Pour soup over, cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.
