Tuna?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and I know that there are warnaings about eating tuna because of the mercury in it.. But isn't ok to eat it every once in a while?

  • i ate a ton of tuna in the beginning it's high in iron too so i would think it would be just fine

  • I'm 35 weeks pregnant and I'm eating tuna right this minute! LOL Yes, it's okay...I have it about twice a week.

  • lol Ramen Noodles?? really? that is all i could eat in the beginning cause i threw everything else up and my doctor said when she was pregnant that's all she could eat to..

  • I eat it but in moderation. And only the light, not the white. White has a lot more mercury.

  • Not more than twice a week, and eat chunk light tuna, as opposed to albacore or solid white. You don't want to risk mercury poisoning.
