what are some of the best workouts for your stomach and your butt? i'm not fat i only weight 95 pounds an well all i really need is to get my body toned up.

  • light weights for arms...3lb to 4lbs...4 to 5 reps of 15...stomach...knee to elbow crunch...20 counts on each side and do as many as you can stand..when you feel the burn..push it a little more...then put a ball between your legs and lift your knees to your chest..this works the lower abs...then sit in a chair and do leg lifts to the chest..this will work the about the same amount of reps...and counts...for butt...get a chair and do squats...bend your knees and squat like you want to sit...or you could use your light weights and do about 15counts 4 to 5 sets..always push yourself when you feel the burn...and drink your 8 glasses of water
