Anyone have a yummy, fast chicken recipe

I need to make dinner and wanted to get a new recipe for dinner tonight. Something with corn maybe or vine tomatoes.

  • Grill the chicken and make a bruschetta for a topping over pasta. For the bruschetta take your tomatoes and cut into chunks, peel and chop garlic, and onions. In a small sauce pan heat some olive oil and add onions and garlic, saute for three minutes add tomatoes and fresh chopped basil. You can also add black olives if you have them. Cook five minutes and serve over your favorite pasta. Chop the grilled chicken and place on top.
This is so tasty, easy and fast.
Before you grill your chicken marinate in italian dressing for 20 minutes.

  • easiest thing ever!!!! sounds weird...but trust me!

put chicken in a bowl and COVER with regular, yellow MUSTARD!!!!! let sit about 15 minutes and put in over/in BBQ. cook til chicken is done. it does NOT taste like mustard, leaves a very sweet and tangy taste...its DELISH!!!!!!
