  • depends on how many people are there and how crafty you are.

i could do it under 20 dollars but it wouldn't be elaborate or gourmet

  • about 20 people

  • biggest thing would be food

cake mixes at the store are 79 cents a box, get a couple of those and a can of frosting for the cake part

depends on what you want to serve for food... i'd do cucumber sandwiches (look up recipes) and wraps, tortillas with cream cheese, deli turkey meat, cheese and lettuce, rolled up and cut into small portions

  • i had close to 25 people and only spent like 40 bucks on EVERYTHING.

i got all the decorations, games & favors @ the dollar store!
i had hotdogs & chips for the food.

  • why not do it as a pot luck, have everyone bring a dish , that will spread the cost around. then you would only have to worry about the decorations.

  • A little finger food, some weiners wrapped up into flattened bisquit dough, some cheap 2- liter bottles of soda, little dollar store favors, ( times how many people), a wishing well that you can build out of leftover boxes from the supermarkets, have someone donate a couple of crock pots, and 2 sets of punch bowls, other food snacks, like pickles are cheap, chips / dips, and small sandwiches with the crusts cut off, (chicken salads, egg salad sandwiches, ) all are super duper inexpensive.! Have a great day/ party ~

  • have a potluck....and decorations aren't veyr necessary. they go in the garbage anyways. i would rather spend the ten to twenty bucks on prizes than decorations.

  • Chilli Trays of store bought already made antipasta, or ham/chesses,/ breads,/ and some kind of punches, like the other reply maybe have donated cups or punch bowls/sets/cups, and I always like when someone you have on the list does the cake, one person is usually a good cake supplier.
