Can you freeze homemade cookie dough?

  • I do, I enjoy making the dough up for the holidays and give the tub of dough out as a gift... it is a great way to have several types ready to go... have a cookie dunk for me!

  • Yep! I"ve been doing that for a long time. I actually use my cookie scooper and get them all scooped out into little balls and then freeze them on a tray. Then I pack them up in bags or tubs and keep them in the freezer. It's nice to do it that way because you're not stuck baking all day AND you don't end up eating too many.

    Whenever we want cookies I just get them out, let them thaw and pop them in the oven. .
