What did you eat to get into great shape?

I want to know what I need to do to loose weight after the baby is born? I do not want to be one of those mothers who is all fat, loose, and gain more weight!

  • I ate what I wanted but tried to cut how much...I also exercise everyday and drink tons of water! I have lost about 20 lbs.

  • Look up The Zone - hubby and I were on it before baby! Lean fats like avocado & nuts, proteins like lean beef, chicken and cottage cheese, and healthy carbs - fruits & veggies. 5-6 small meals a day! Also, google exercises for your core. I lost my weight (31 lbs) quickly, but my midsection was still a little gushy!
