What's the healthiest foods I could eat to loose weight?

I want to be as healthy as I can be, and in great shape again. What should I eat?

  • Every day:
    Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables, in at least 3 different colors
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread, quinoa, barley, etc.)
    Eat at least two servings of legumes (lentils, tofu, nuts, nut butters, seeds¸ etc.)
