What foods should I stay away from?

I know people love food, but loving and looking are 2 different things obviously! What should I not eat, because I don't want to gain weight!

  • It is not about what not to eat, it is about what to eat.
    Every day:
    Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables, in at least 3 different colors
    Eat 5-6 servings of whole grains (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread, quinoa, barley, etc.)
    Eat at least two servings of legumes (lentils, tofu, nuts, nut butters, seeds¸ etc.)

  • You don't have to stop eating anything, eat in moderation. Focus on fruits, veggies, whole grains. lean meats, chicken, pork, fish. Red meats, fatty foods, junk foods in moderation. I stayed away from fast food and ALL soda and lost about 25 pounds in 3 months, without exercising.
