Do you think each person is different in how they lose weight?

Like, I think I know whats best for my body and I know how I lose weight the best, it might not be with strength training, it may be through walking and cutting out carbs, or something else. What do you think?

  • yes- every person loses differently. with some it may be low carb, with others aerobics. we are all different. It's always best ot go with what works for you and is healthy(no crash diets).
