has anyone been on a "liquid" diet

like soups and juice or water? if so how did it work for you? did you lose weight? how much did you loose? all i want to do is drop 15-20 pounds.

  • I used to water diet when I was in High School, and yeah it works, but it's a crash diet. The weight won't stay off. If I was you I would concentrate on getting the right balance of carbs and calories that's right for where you want to go with a diet. Drink lots of water and exercise. It will benefit you more in the long run.
