What helps your pregnancy constipation? I just found something...

I had a clif bar for breakfast and HOLY SHIT.

  • fresh fruit. especially oranges always help me. so do fresh veggies. for some reason high fiber foods like bread with fiber added and the cereals and stuff usually make me feel worse

  • ceral or oatmeal helps too..but a couple weeks ago i run into the store before work to get a snack during the day and just grabbed a box of fiber plus bars (thinking they were just like ganoala bars or something) about a couple of bars later i was talking to my friend about it and she was like omgg isnt that not good for ur stomach and i looked on the back n it said may casue gastional problems until ur body gets use to them i had gas and was sick the rest of the day but yup those def cure pregnancy constipation lol
