Caffeine and headaches

Is there really a link between caffeine and headaches? I do suffer headaches but seem to have them around my period. Do you really think this is a caffeine related problem, or do you think this could be related to my menstrual cycle, also, does age matter?

  • I strongly recommend either an elimination diet or keeping a food diary. There between migraines and foods. Common migraine triggers are nitrates, MSG, vinegar, cheese, salt, yeast, chocolate, nuts.
