  • Have you ever heard of Bulimia?? It's more than vomitting, it's also take laxitaves to loose weight. If you want to loose weight, do it the right and healthy way. Eat sensible and excersise, only things that will work.

  • Watch what you eat and how much you eat and get out there and exercise. This is the ONLY proven way that is safe and healthy for you someone to go about losing weight. Just think about it for a minute. What is exlax? It's a laxitive! What does it DO? IT MAKES YOU GO... A LOT! Why would anyone want to purposely subject themselves to that for the sake of losing weight? You can become severely dehydrated, not to mention cause other problems if taken too much. Please rethink this, okay?

  • not only can diuretics make you go A LOT, they can dehydrate you, flush your bowels (the bad way), and leave you with various vitamin deficiencies, an increased risk for heart conditions, and your hair could start falling out. If you want to lose weight, eat healthy foods 3 small meals and 3 snacks a day, and CONSULT YOUR DR! That is the first thing to do, and it is the best thing to do. There are a lot of eating disorders out there, and you don't want any of them.
