  • i make an awesome spinach artichoke dip using Knorr Vegetable soup mix--the recipie is on the back of the soup package, I add a couple of cloves of garlic to mine, this has been a hit everywhere i take it, I have also used the dip to stuff chicken breasts and it is amazing!

  • I have a recipe swap site that I just started. I've already posted some interesting dip and appetizer recipes on it. I have a black eye pea dip recipe, a buttermilk fruit dip recipe, a recipe for spinach rice balls, and more. I add recipes daily.

  • softened cream cheese on the bottom of a pie pan, then a can of refried beans on top, then a jar of salsa, then mild cheddar cheese on top. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. you may want to make 2- it goes FAST! serve with tortilla chips. (i found a super delicious mango lime salsa, and tried that with the lime Tostitos- soooooooooooo good!)
