changing my eating habits when should i see results

i have changed the way i eat i have 2 small kids i dont get too go out and exercise will i loose weight by jut eatn better and drinkn water or do i have too exercie too loose weight?

  • You will definitely lose weight by eating healthy! But exercise will make you lose more. Take he kids for a walk everyday, that's a good start. Good luck!
