question for runners...

i run 3 miles after dinner and am always gassy! is it something to do with the running [like when a baby has gas you move its legs around to get the bowels moving]? or b/c i am running after dinner? it doesnt matter what i eat, it always happens. and it doesnt bother me too much, im just hoping im not the only one, lol!

  • it is what you are eating.

    I used to have this issue too. I could run 5 hours after eating or 10 and I would still have tummy issues.

    I still have this issue now and then (I eat raw vegan now so my food digests a lot quicker so less problems).
